In case the product you have chosen is not in stock, we will need about 15 days to re-make your bag by hand and pack your order with love and care!

The cash on delivery service is 3,00€ and is supported only for orders within Greece.

- For orders under 79,00€ the shipping cost is set at 5,00€.

Return policy
We hope you are happy with the products you buy from us, but if for any reason you want to return something, we have a simple procedure.
Your right to cancel/return an order starts with the placement of the order and expires 15 calendar days after receipt of your products. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 15 day period or notify us in writing or email us at info@tsantilis.com.
If you have notified us of your intention to return your order within this 15-day period, you have an additional 2 days from the date of cancellation to return any products.
Returns arriving after this 15-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.
We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange for another product, if they are in unused condition, for sale.
Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess & resolve any problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized products).
Contact us if you have questions or queries about this particular item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept rebates or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can first let us know which product B you want to exchange the product A you received in the first place and then, subject to availability, we will send you product B and the shipping agent will take back product A.
In case there is a price difference to be paid by the customer, we set this difference as a cash on delivery,
In case there is a price difference to be paid by the company, we set this difference amount for the purchase of another product C of the customer’s choice.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and check your return product and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to the customer’s Bank or PayPal account number, to which they are of course entitled.
Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish your refund.
